About the Host
Jennifer Owens is a content strategy executive and founder focused on sustainability and diversity issues. She most recently served as Content Strategy Lead on Meta’s Sustainability team and founded Jennwork, an independent content strategy firm that works with mission-driven clients. She previously served as Director of Editorial + Digital Content for Firstly, a fintech startup serving the Sandwich Generation, as well as editorial director of Working Mother Media. Jennifer remains passionate about working parents issues and co-hosts The Breadwinners podcast, which tackles your stickiest work-life concerns.
Kati Kallins is the Lead for Sustainability at Adobe and an adjunct professor of Corporate Sustainability and ESG at Hult International School of Business. Her career has been fueled by a personal passion for climate action and social equity. She's worked across the public and private sectors in the United States, China, Australia, and Europe, leading projects on sustainability strategy, strategic communications, public-private partnerships, and sustainability reporting. She's led sustainability programs at Meta, Google, Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), Corporate Citizenship, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
